Level Ten was founded in 2023 by Billy Stanton, with over a decade experience spearheading IT Service Management, Infrastructure and Cyber Security for luxury and household brands such as Victoria Beckham, LYMA & Motorway.
The goal is a seamless customer experience, building loyalty and trust with a fuss free approach to the continually evolving world of IT. Alongside Billy, we have a specially curated small and mighty team with over 20 combined years of success in managing IT and technical departments.
We are good with people. IT can be confusing, alien, artificial. Our promise is that we won't leave any conversation we have with you, with you having more questions than you started with.

As much as we'd love to showcase the incredible brands we work with, we don't display their logos publicly, and that's intentional.
Revealing client names can make it easier for 'bad actors' to impersonate us or our clients, whether by email or over the phone. Protecting our clients' privacy helps prevent that risk and keeps trust at the centre of everything we do.
Instead, we share testimonials and examples of our work securely and privately, as part of trusted conversations.
In short, no. We don't hide costs, nor do we create an abundance of add-ons that you simply do not require. 
Our Managed Service is designed to cover all IT requirements, from day to day support, strategy, device management, security tools, and much more.
Licences for tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace aren't included in our Managed Service, as needs vary between businesses, but as a Microsoft and Google Partner, we'll guide you to the most appropriate options and ensure you're aware of all costs upfront.
You might also opt for other services, such as data migrations, certifications, telephone systems, or other larger projects - all of which we'll clearly outline up front.
Transparency is core to how we work. We'll walk you through everything during your consultation, so there are no surprises down the line.
Our Managed Service typically has the biggest impact for teams of 10 or more.
That said, we believe exemplary IT should be accessible to all - so if you're a smaller team with ambitious goals, we'd still love to chat and explore how we can support you.
