01What makes Level Ten different from other IT providers?

We're senior-led and built for creative, brand-conscious teams. 20+ years in the tools you use, and the atmosphere you live and breathe - Mac, Adobe, Figma, Workspace, 365 - so we're never learning on the job.

Most of all, we feel like part of your team, not a mythical call centre. You'll know who you're talking to, and they'll know your business.

02Why don't you display client logos on your website?

It's intentional. Naming clients publicly makes them easier to impersonate - a phishing email "from your IT team" is far more convincing when the attacker knows the relationship exists. For us, privacy is a security control.

We're happy to share references privately, as part of a proper conversation.

03Are there any hidden costs?

No. The managed service is one predictable fee covering support, device management, security and strategy.

Larger projects, and Microsoft & Google licence fees, are scoped and quoted clearly before any work starts. 9 times out of 10, we can bring those costs down. But we always promise: no surprise invoices, ever.

04Are there minimum spend or team-size requirements?

We're usually the best fit for teams of ten or more, but if you're smaller and ambitious, do get in touch. We'd rather have a chat than turn you away.

05What if we already have an internal IT person or team?

Brilliant - we also offer co-managed IT support, where we work alongside internal teams as either the senior layer they don't have, or the helpdesk team they require. After all, everyone deserves time off sometimes.

06Can you move us from our existing IT partner?

Yes, and we do it calmly and often. We handle the discovery, bring everything across, and manage the cutover - so you're never left holding the awkward conversation.

07Do you support both Apple and Windows environments?

Yes. We're fluent in both, and most clients run a mix. We keep users, devices and security aligned across the two, so your team doesn't have to think about it.
